Two Storey Garage, Kitchen & Bedroom Extension - Bromborough.
This is was a job we completed of a double extension in Bromborough, it had a garage, extended kitchen, a new large bedroom. We also converted and extended the existing garage to create a playroom/den.
Extension Conversion - Neston
This is one of our bigger projects a complete overhaul and a number of extension to make an absolutely stunning house with views down over fields towards the River Dee. The owner was very specific in what he wanted; working alongside a very talented local Architect we completed this dream house for the owner.
Extension - Barnston.
This was an extension we undertook in Barnston on a really old property. The works involved the demolition of part of the property and rebuilt to blend in with the original building. The works involved a interior mezzanine with a glass balcony, undefloor heating and a fabricated steel and timber vaulted roof. I t was finished off with a slate roof to match the existing house and a fantastic triangular black window to give an open view of the garden. The customers were fantastic to work for and we were very very proud of the end result.
Double Extension - Upton.
This 2 storey extension was built over an existing garage in Upton for a lovely family, we had undertook the garage conversion for them a few years earlier. It was tricky to undertake the works bearing in mind a they had fitted kitchen underneath the upper floor and we had to protect this during the works, which we successfully did. The end result on this extension was as if it has always been there.
Bathroom Extension - Spital.
A two storey extension, we built on top of the existing garage, creating a new bedroom above. The extension blended in very well, looking as if it had always been there.
Extension - Bebington.
A two storey extension in Hr Bebington. Most of Bebington seems to have been built in the 1930s by a builder called Bolton, they were called “Boltons little Palaces”. This is one of them, as with most of them they all had tiny kitchens, this extension gave the customer a larger kitchen, en suite and an additional bathroom. The end result was an extension that looked like it had always been there. We have lost count with how many of these houses we have worked in, from extensions down to small repairs every house is unique.
